After 11 years as a Dynamics GP Consultant working for various GP resellers I decided to start working independently and set up Expert Dynamics in 2011. Since then I have been working closely with my customers to enhance their Dynamics systems, improving business processes, integrating with other systems and utiltising various business intelligence tools to give greater visibility over the business as a whole.
There are a number of advantages to working independently - because I am independent I offer a more personal and involved service to your organisation and effectively become part of the team. This close relationship also broadens my involvement, I don't "just do GP/BC" but work on the solution as a whole.
In terms of skillset I have expert knowledge in Financials, Distribution and Project Accounting as well as reporting products such as Management Reporter, Jet Reports , SQL Reporting Services, Power BI and Cosmos. I can also provide assistance in using Integration Manager and SmartConnect to import and integrate data from other systems.
For other requirements there are a number of other companies that I partner with to provide general IT services, CRM expertise or just additional resource.
